In partnership with the IMM, Matt has provided these FREE HALF-MARATHON TRAINING PLANS to help you prepare for your race.
The "Finisher" plan is designed for a runner currently comfortable with 3-5 miles and 3-4 days of running a week. The primary goal is to finish a half marathon happily and healthfully. This plan averages 21 miles a week and builds up to a peak of 28.
